Can I pay securely on the dendro-design.com website?


Yes, all information relating to your order, and in particular your online credit card payment transactions are fully secure. You can buy online in complete security.
On our website www.dendro-design.com, if you choose to pay now, your credit card information is directly communicated in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to a Secure Payment Service Provider who consults the bank servers in order to avoid abuse and fraud and gives us the payment authorization. At no time are we in possession of the entire card number you have entered. On our website or our mobile site www.dendro-design.com the entire transaction is directed in encrypted mode to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. You then make your purchases in complete security.

What are the payment methods?


You can pay for your purchases:

  • by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard),
  • in 3x free of charge by Credit Card from 600 € of purchases. This offer is reserved for private individuals (natural persons over the age of majority) residing in France, holders of a Visa and MasterCard bank card with a validity date greater than the duration of the financing chosen. Cards with systematic authorization such as Electron or Maestro, e-cards, Indigo and American Express cards are not accepted.

Can I order from abroad?


The sale of furniture on the dendro-design.com website is, for the moment, reserved for Metropolitan France. You can place your order from abroad, but you will have to provide us with a delivery address and contact information in Metropolitan France. For any order with deliveries to islands located in France, we invite you to contact our customer service to check if the delivery is feasible by our carriers. If the service is possible, additional charges may be requested from the customer.

How do I know if my Dendro order has been processed?


You can track your order at any time in your My Account / My Orders area. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the summary of your purchases. If you have not received your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order, please check whether it was mistakenly sent to your "junk mail" folder. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service by writing to serviceclients@dendro-design.com or by calling us at 05 16 61 00 20.

How do I track my order?


You can track the status of your order 24 hours a day, on the Dendro website in My Account/My Orders.

Upon receipt, my order is incomplete or damaged


It is important upon receipt of your order to check the contents of your package before signing the carrier's delivery note. If your items are damaged, if the package is damaged refuse your delivery and note the reasons on the delivery note. If the carrier / deliveryman refuses to let you check, write: "verification impossible, opposition of the driver" and contact our customer service by writing to serviceclients@dendro-design.com or by calling us at 05 16 61 00 20.

I can't use my coupon code / my credit note

My delivery

What are the costs and delivery times?


Depending on the furniture you choose, we offer different delivery services:

  • Standard and free delivery: For furniture under 30 Kg. Your order is processed immediately and delivered to your door within 5 to 7 working days from the validation of your order online before 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive an SMS containing the delivery date and time slot.
  • Premium Delivery: For furniture weighing more than 30 Kg. Your order is processed immediately and shipped within 6 days. You are delivered to the room of your choice (maximum 3 floors*) within 1 or 2 weeks anywhere in Metropolitan France. Shipping costs are 59,90 €. You will be contacted by SMS to arrange an appointment.
    * For deliveries beyond 3 floors, please contact our customer service. Additional costs may be added.
  • Free pick-up on site: You can pick up your furniture in our warehouse located in Pons at 3 rue des Garlus, 17800 Pons. Only by appointment from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm.

How do I track my package?

You can track the status of your delivery 24 hours a day, on the Dendro website in My Account / My Orders.

How do I check the condition of my package?

Before signing your delivery note and accepting the package, it is necessary to :

  • make a quick examination of the condition of the goods;
  • check that the delivery note corresponds to the goods delivered (nature of the goods, quantity, reference, etc.);
  • check that the goods delivered correspond to your order (nature of the goods, quantity, etc.).

Please note!

Do not be influenced by a hurried deliveryman who asks you to carry out this examination after signing the delivery note. Do not sign anything before you have checked the goods (condition, conformity with the delivery note and the order)!

In case of delivery of damaged or incomplete goods

If the goods are damaged, the package must be refused. In the case of open or broken packages, packages with torn adhesive guarantee tape, etc., the reaction must be the same: refuse the package.

Whether the goods are damaged or incomplete, it is up to you to write your reservations on the delivery note:

  • reserves justifying the refusal of the delivery (indicate what is broken, crushed, destroyed, etc.) in case of damaged goods ;
  • report the missing elements in case of incomplete goods.

Remember to take photos of the package, the furniture, anything that might be damaged.

Please note!

If you accept a package without making any reservations on the delivery note, it is presumed to have been delivered complete and in good condition.

My furniture is damaged, what are the steps to follow ?

If your furniture is damaged, it is essential to refuse the package from the carrier and make reservations on the delivery note. The purpose of the reservations is to protect you in case of breakage or missing packages. They must be precise concerning the packaging and the goods. Once your package has been refused, contact our customer service department, which will do what is necessary to return your furniture as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item?

You cannot exchange an item but you can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at 05 16 61 00 20 or serviceclients@dendro-design.com and return your order as soon as possible, in its original packaging, in perfect condition to Dendro, 3 rue des Garlus, 17800 PONS and in any case within 14 days at the latest following the communication of your decision to retract.

We undertake to exchange it or, if you wish, to reimburse it as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the information of your decision to retract, the reimbursement may however be deferred until we have recovered your furniture or proof of its shipment. In all cases, it will intervene according to the following terms and conditions:

  • The package is returned in its entirety: we refund the price of the package, any shipping costs, the return costs are your responsibility: 129€ TTC (premium transport) or 79€ TTC (standard transport) or 20€ TTC for Colissimo (like the Cube Victor for example)
  • The package is not returned in its entirety (you keep one or more of the items ordered): we will refund the price of the furniture returned, the possible shipping costs are not refunded, the return costs are at your expense.
  • The product is returned because of our responsibility (e.g.: breakage during transport, damaged products, reference error, finishes...): we will refund the product, the shipping and return costs.

What are the terms of exchange?


You benefit from a right of retraction that you can exercise within 14 days from the reception by your care of the entirety of your order, in accordance with the regulations. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within this period, by contacting our customer service or via the Contact form in the "Returns" section.

You must return your order as soon as possible, in its original packaging, in perfect condition to Dendro, 3 rue des Garlus, 17800 PONS and in any case within 14 days at the latest following the communication of your decision to retract.

How do I know that my return has been received?

Once your package has been received in our warehouse, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you by our customer service department and we will send you your refund within 3 to 10 days.

What is my withdrawal period?

You have a right of withdrawal that you can exercise within 14 days of receipt by you of your entire order, in accordance with the regulations.

How do I create an account on the Dendro website?


You can create your account directly on the home page, by clicking on the "my ACCOUNT" pictogram in the top right-hand corner, then click on "Create your account". Then, you just have to fill in the account creation form with your personal details, as well as your e-mail address. Then, choose your confidential password, which you validate twice. All you have to do is confirm the creation of your account. To do this, click at the bottom of your screen, on the "Create my account" button.

I can't access my customer account

Solid wood is a noble and durable material that it is important to maintain well. A few small rules to preserve your furniture:
